I've been using diet cola and chocolate as a crutch for 15 years. It helps me think faster and "be more creative" (which has paid my rent). I'm now searching for an alternative - something that gives me the mind-buzz but is not so harmful. Is diet cola really harmful?
Not suprisingly, I'm male and single.
I hope this blog will help me - will remind me to try and give up the diet cola.
